An absolute disaster!!!!!! I saved up and ordered a basketball hoop and paint from this store. At first they were nice and offered to take away my old hoop etc. Then everything broke down! They didn't center the hoop right, they called me to say it's an extra charge to take the hoop away that previously was not disclosed by two people, and called me a liar. Rude! Then the guy came to do the paint, Jim Smith from the Line Smith. He not only screwed up my three point line (see photo) but didn't finish the job! I paid an extra $700 to Jim directly to paint green inside the key and HE DID NOT FINISH! WHAT A SLOPPY FOOL! I contacted the Outdoor store and they didn't get back to me. Altogether I wasted all this money. I regret ever contacting them. This is the single most horrific retail experience I've had all year. Just plain rotten.

Great store but it depends a little what you're looking for: fishing section is big including salt water and fresh with lots of fly tying gear, hunting looks good, shoes are ok. I'm not a hockey, soccer, or tennis player, but those sections looked big. I think it'd be good for car campers but I'm more into backpacking these days and that was a little thin. They have a lot of sections for sports beyond what I mention here. Nice folks working there, too, and they know their stuff.

Hi Larry. Yes we do relace baseball gloves. Prices start at $15 to relace the fingers. Most repairs are $15-$30. Typical turnaround time is 2-3 days depending on the time of year and when you drop it off.
Masks are required and we have social distance markers in high traffic areas. We have plexiglas dividers and regularly sanitize surfaces. We can also do curbside pick ups.
They have Yak Trax Those have metal coils that go on the bottom of shoe and help in snow and ice
