The staff is pleasant, patient and hard working. They make efforts to maintain the premises clean, orderly and safe. The amenities here are great! I liked having the pool open and they even hired lifeguards; not something that I’m used to, but it was a pleasant surprise. The treadmills in the fitness center just got fixed, which is a relief as it’s getting cold and snowy. The sidewalks and parking lots are kept free of snow in the winter. The apartment is nice and maintenance requests have been filled promptly. It’s a little pricey and the treadmill repairs took a little longer than I hoped for, but I’d still rate this at 5 stars. Great work! Great place to call home!

Modera has all the assets of your own home without all the responsibility. The park right behind the complex is so convenient,and we love riding our bikes on the bike path. The staff is amazing, they go above and beyond to ensure a happy, safe, and comfortable living environment for the residents. My daughters' and I are grateful to be living here and to be a part of the Modera Community. There is no place like home!

I've lived at Modera Natick since October 2015. It has been a beautiful experience. The office and maintenance staff are very professional, courteous and helpful. Being a single father of two and living here has been wonderful. The times i had a maintenance issue it was taken care of within 24 hours or less.The club house, pool, and gym are also a great amenity. Molly, John, Sean, and the new property manager Bryan have made my living experience here wonderful. M.Eagle

Modera Natick Center has been an awesome experience for my family over the past two years! John is an outstanding and reliable senior leasing agent. The staff members are so polite and responsive to our needs as tenants. I cannot say enough about John and his helpful and gracious spirit.
