Charged me over $400 to replace one blown capacitor in the compressor unit. Complete rip off. Then wanted to replace fan motor for over $1000, and a contactor for over $150. I was desperate to get things working so begrudgingly paid for the capacitor. The technician was smug and clearly a well trained rip off artist. This company used to be decent, but now they've joined ranks with the other large corporate thugs charging way too much for shoddy work. There are many locally owned HVAC contractors in the area they do not run their business this way. I had one come out and let me know that my fan motor was fine, the contactor was fine, and Eanes charged me at least six times what the capacitor was worth. If you are still using this company, you should do yourself a favor and look up better locally owned alternatives.

After setting up an appointment for service while my parents hvac is not working and here it is 100 degrees outside, Eanes decided to cancel their appointment with less than 24.hours notice due to the fact they felt they had more "pressing" situations at other houses. CONSIDERING my parents made an appointment I think this is extremely unprofessional! How do you call an older couple and say we don't think you're situation is dyer enough? They didn't just push the appointment back one day but 8 days! I would never do business with them

Eanes recommended a new system with estimate and didn’t recommend the most expensive system. They recommended one based on the square footage and what we wanted. The installation crew were extremely polite and worked constantly and cleaned up after they were finished with the job. I am very happy I chose Eanes

We used Eanes for "maintenance" for years. Our service agreement to come twice a year cost over $800/yr. We have 5 units. For whatever reason, we forgot to update our service agreement this year. So, I just changed the air filters myself, one of the job duties connected to such a service agreement; in fact, a main job duty. What did I learn? Well, one of the filters had not been changed since 2018. I was not aware Eanes had failed to change this filter. I would have done it myself had they just let me know. My job is not to do their job. Take a look at the pics. That filter was 3 year old filter and was filthy. Very disappointing.

I am not a Eanes employee, I am an Eanes customer. That said, I do not think they install fireplace screens. You might call to be certain though.
