Sold me a carburetor that didn’t fit my engine. I gave them the model number of the engine (brought pictures so there could be little chance of error) and they found what they said that was the correct carb. I took it home and it clearly did not match up to the engine. The new carb never touched the engine as it was obviously the wrong one. I took pictures and brought it back up there along with my old carburetor to show the difference. They assured me the computer said it was the correct one and told me they wouldn’t take it back since all sales are final on fuel parts. Even though when I purchased it, the box and inner gasket pack had clearly already been torn into, taped up, and brought back probably because someone else had this exact same problem. Or perhaps the carburetor in the box had been switched out and returned by someone else. They didn’t care! They took my money and ran. Shady place that does not care about customer satisfaction in the least. BT South is better in every way.

Not only are the staff at this company all very professional and personable to talk with, their friendliness is shown in how they interact with all their customers, new and old, as well as in how they treat other like a family. Chris in sales is extremely knowledgable with a vast amount of experience working with a variety of residential and commercial grade products. He knows the manufactures ad how they have developed their product lines for over 40 years. He really "listens" to the customer about their needs and tries to match products that will be a good fit for them personally and not just trying to push them into products or price points that they do not need. Clark's also has a service department that is very capable of dealing with any type of equipment, but they most enjoy working on the equipment of their loyal customers. They have a really comprehensive service plan that not only helps extend and exceed the manufactures warranty, but also helps and encourages the customer to maintain their equipment for better performance and service life of the product. I was treated with respect and honesty even with the many questions and research that I had done other places to ensure things were matching up and I understood my options before making a major investment. The money and time I have spent with them has been well earned and a very good decision. I felt even better about my decision when the delivery went so smoothly to schedule and transition the equipment to my property during such a busy season for them. The were flexible with my work schedule and met me at our home at the agreed upon time window. Thad delivered the equipment very professionally and has an excellent caring and intuitive personality. He anticipates the questions a customer may have a thoroughly makes sure to address helpful hints particular to each specific piece of equipment and doesn't just try to rush out laving the customer to figure things out on their own. He is modest in his expertise and has a lot of skillsets of his own and isn't just a delivery man. I believe he and one other staff member do most of the deliveries and make sure they spend time going over the equipment and placing it in the right place if the customer doesn't have time to "excitingly" start using it at the moment. Thad is very thoughtful and careful with the equipment, which they deliver on a state of the art flat bed that protects even the largest tractors from scratches or turbulence along the way. That treat customers like they are longtime friends he just hasn't seen in a while and makes sure you are comfortable with the transaction, the equipment, and their Clark Farm company before he departs. The entire experience with them has been very positive and gives me peace of mind. It has restored my believe that there are still some genuinely service oriented companies left that care about each and every customers needs and don't just see you as a number and dollars in your pocket that they want push through their assembly line type of business. Clark's has an integrity and genuineness they want to uphold and keep the bar high even if certain customers aren't expecting it. They hold themselves to these high standards because that is just who they are and how they want to represent themselves and serve the community. They have earned these esteemed remarks and have given me nothing to share these comments. In fact, they never even asked me to fill out this survey; but rather I just wanted others to know about the top notch impression they made even with me comparing them with many other tractor supply stores and equipment shops. They made a huge difference in many significant and valuable areas for me and my family, especially over the larger companies and box stores who's gimmicks and promotions aren't worth trading for this type of service and assurance they are going to back up their sales and equipment. I am looking forward to a long-term relationship with this company and truly believe they will continue to earn my business and high regards.

I just wanted to say how appreciative I am about my recent experience with Clark Farm. My Husqvarna lawn mower wouldn't start unexpectedly and since I am unable to lift my mower into the trunk of my car anymore I called Clark which I had done business with and even bought a Honda lawnmower from.The lady who works the counter answered and was polite and was able to get things going. Yes I had to pay $99 for pickup and delivery, but when you consider my situation and my mower is still practically brand new, I really didn't see the need to buy a new lawnmower. It turned out to be a clogged carburetor issue, and even with the pickup/dropoff fee, it was WAY cheaper than a new lawnmower. To top it off, I got it unexpectedly back WAY sooner than was promised. I would not hesitate to ask for their assistance again.
