From now on I’ll go to the one in the mall one girl was extremely nice the other was so rude. The young lady with the braids up in a ball was so nice. The one with the long hair was so rude, she actually walked away from me. All I was trying to do was ask her for help with finding my keys. If you’re in customer service you should really try to be kind and courteous. Sorry to leave a bad review but that girl needs to work on her manners. I hope she’s not a manager. I would’ve walked out without buying anything if not for the other girl.

We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.
Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day. This is due to many factors such as time of order placement, holidays, delays in shipping, etc. If an order is placed after 12:30 p.m. ET on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (except for holidays), it will be processed on the next business day.
