Wow, I just had the best experience at your service department. Andre and his team was able to help my poor car that needed some big fixes. I came in a bit stressed but Andre was so helpful through and through keeping me updated along the way and checking in with me about how I wanted things done. Not to mention when I get there in the service line, all of the service advisors are so friendly and helpful regardless if you are their customer or not. This is my first time taking my car to a Honda dealership to be serviced and Love love love the work y'all did! Thanks again.

Very satisfied with the car that I got! David and Jorge helped me the whole way. They explained everything to me, answered all of my questions and went above and beyond. I came in with not the best credit and no history of financing a car. Jorge tried his best to find something I could afford and a bank to work with me and I appreciate what he got me so very much! David knew everything about every car that I looked at. He sat with me in my car and explained every detail of my car lol I am so grateful for that! Service advisor Andrew Wong did an excellent job in assisting me with my 2021 Honda Accord. He provided me the cost breakdown (oil change, tire rotation) and time it would take to complete the job. My car was actually done before the time promised, much appreciated! The price quote was spot on and Andrew advised me of the inspection checklist. Great work by EL Cerrito Honda and I’ll definitely be back!

The computer keeps up with your service record and milage
If you bought your car at El Cerrito Honda then you should contact the following people: sales person who sold you the car, sales manager, general manager. And I would do it in that order. But honestly I would not worry about it the sticker that was put in your front windshield (bottom right corner) is good for at least 6 months. Along with the temp paper plate that was given to you by the finance manager. But I'm sure it's just taking longer then usual do to holidays and of course Covid (unfortunately) so if you don't get it by the 6 or 7th month I would contact them then. Cheers and happy holidays.
