The only good thing about this place was that it was clean. The only reason it’s so clean is because there was no one there and rightfully so. Parents were not allowed a wrist band for a paid party to jump/ watch their children, They had to pay extra. Parts of the gym were closed off to the kids because it wasn’t including in our package, which was the most expensive one they offered. Did I mention the park was empty during all this? There may have been 8 other kids in the entire place that was not with our party. They only supplied 10 cups and plates as if parents were immune to hunger and thirst. We requested a pitcher of water for the kids while the played and was charged $9 for it. When asking for more utensils and napkins they looked at me like I head ten heads. Our “party host” was never to be found, we had to constantly flag people down, if you could manage find someone to get anything done. My original bill of $450 ended up almost being $700 because of all the extra charges. Did I mention they expected a tip as well? A tip for what? They rolled in a pizza and we did literally EVERYTHING else. Long story short, save your money and go to Rockin’ Jump for a much better time and service.

Great price. We did the Mon-Thurs unlimited. All three of our kids, all different ages had a blast. Staff were great. Very attentive and plenty of staff to keep everyone safe. Everything was super clean, including the toddler area which had plenty to keep our youngest entertained for the duration of our time there. 10/10 highly recommended

Normally I don't visit these locations as I am a bit older, but I had to visit for my little cousins 9th birthday party. I have been to many other trampoline parks or activity zones when I was younger kid myself, but nothing like this. This place blows all other companies out of the water. First off this place was extremely clean and DID NOT SMELL. Most trampoline parks I have been too have a slight odor of either old rubber or gross feet. (Gross I know, why do you think I stopped going.) However Velocity 360 FUN Zone was extremely sanitary and covid conscious.I even saw employees sanitize our party room before and after our party. The equipment was Top notch! I really don't like it when companies have "Foam pits" they get really dirty and Noone really cleans the foam. However Velocity 360 FUN Zone didn't have foam pits but rather an inflatable compression pad that you could swan dive into. It was AWESOME. I didn't struggle to get in or out of the inflatable compression pit. Take in mind I am not a 100lb child. (Just a smidge heavier than a VW Punchbuggy) I would happily recommend this place for athletic adults. This would be a great date night spot athletic couples. If they offered 18 and up evenings. I will post some videos! This place was literally fantastic! Thank you Velocity 360 FUN Zone! I highly recommend this place! I will visit again when I'm back in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Great facility!! Very clean and lots of activities for children and adults. My 7 and 1 year old had a blast. The staff were kind and helpful. Will definetly visit again.
