I was always having the impression that the Toyota showroom is very good and impressive while visiting Honda of Concord. Here is my experience from my first visit: - They should be decent respectful and at-least welcoming in nature whether I am buying the car or inquiring a car for my friend. - No cars to see, forget about test ride, this place is just to book your car 😃. - The car prices are far above the actual price. - Availability and waiting time is like 2-4 months - This might be due to the current market situation. My suggestion, do not waste your time visiting this showroom. Better call them or any other showroom ask for availability and quotations and schedule your test ride. I will definitely visit this showroom one more time to test their attitudes and behavior and update my review.

I had a great experience buying from Hendrick Toyota… Devon Ballard was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and patient throughout the entire process. It took a few weeks longer than expected to get my vehicle but he always made sure to give frequent updates. He was great to work with- thank you, Devon! I also worked with Kaitlyn Larson and Nick East on the day I picked up the car and they made the entire paperwork and pick up process seamless. They were both very friendly, knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions I had. I really enjoyed my experience with Hendrick Toyota- thank you to the entire team!
