Nick was great. I was in love with my 2016 4Runner limited, wasn’t really ready to get out of it, but needed to upgrade to a vehicle with a third row. Luckily they had my exact 2016 4runner limited almost exact miles, and third row, front and center on the lot. Nick heard me out. Didn’t push. Got me a good trade offer. Let me explore other dealerships for better trade/buy offers, as well as banks for financing. Toyota ended up having the best package. I felt like I was being held hostage at other dealerships and it made this interaction all the more enjoyable. Nick was PROFESSIONAL. He met me where I was at and with a lot of respect. Somebody should go buy my other 4runner though-I took great care of it. Amazing cross country rider/adventure truck/national park explorer. You’ll be happy you did it.

It is often that I am complimentary about any car dealership. However, the Greenfield Toyota crew is different. They are honest (wow, you won't hear me say that about a lot of dealers!) and go out of their way to help. They even listen to what you have to say and do their best to accommodate. I can't speak for all the salesman, but Roman was a pleasure to deal with. And thank you to the whole sales management team for running realistic numbers and being transparent about where they cam from and what they really mean! And thank you to Sarah and the whole service team. You also go over and above in doing what you can to please and accommodate. I will be back again and again whether I intend to lease or buy. I actually trust you all (ha, again something very rare for car dealers)!

DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE!!! Went in for simple service bulletin for my mirrors on my BRAND NEW RAV 4 Hybrid and replace my exhaust tips (they were supposed to save those and give the old ones back and didn't do that either) . They told me they didn't realize that the adhesive for the mirrors needed 24hrs to cure. Even though it says it right on the bulletin in bold red lettering!!! while that was inconvenient that's not even the worst thing. I get my car dropped off to me the fallowing day and I go out to check it and my mirrors are covered in adhesive and there is adhesive all over my white paint and on my trim pieces and window. There was even a hand print smear where some genius tried to wipe it off with their hands!!!!! I had to bring my car back not once but 4 times until it was delivered to me in the condition I left it in months ago. Guy tried to argue with me that the chunk of adhesive wasn't adhesive!!! They did replace my mirrors but will never bring my car back here. Terrible terrible service. If I could give negative stars I would.
