One of the most unprofessional interactions I've had with a machining shop. Can never make proper lead times nor do they properly communicate this. They have lost our orders along with "forgetting" about our orders refusing to acknowledge poor business practices. I would suggest finding another shop if you want your items on time and correct. Mom and Pop shop at best.

Basically right now it's all the OT you want. Anything after 40 is time and a half. Come in early or stay late or once comfortable pick up weekend shifts.
