I bought a Honda HRX mower this past May. The other day I was mowing my back yard and bumped into something under my deck that stalled my mower. I could not get the unit to start after multiple pulls. I called United Ag&Turf for help on what to do. The service manager was incredibly nice and suggested to bring the mower in the following morning for assistance. They told me not to worry that they would get me up and running asap. Well, I brought the mower in and luckily they were able to fix my blunder in no time. They took the time out of their schedule to help me. Thank you, United Ag and Turf for acknowledging my little job is important too!

If I could give a 10 star rating I would. Outstanding service with Manager Nick St Cyr and salesperson Andre. They truly went above and beyond for us. This is the way John Deere use to do business. We really cannot thank or praise them enough !!!!!

Very great experience from start to finish Sharon made it nice and easy to get my service process started, spoke to Ian in parts and answered a few questions I had about a few parts I needed and last of all Douglas let me know what needed done and got the work done quickly as possible. Everyone and everything was done promptly and very efficiently.

(First posted in mid November ).... I bought my first John Deere (a 425) from the former dealership for this area. It was a good sale and the service over twenty years always did the job. To make my senior life easier, I bought a new 738 from this dealer almost 9 months ago. Service items were a big selling point – like the fall/spring attachment swap and utilizing the snow blower on my 425 were the clinchers. I ordered a new 738 and several add-ons, including the parts to use my snow blower (Quick hitch and correct universal drive shafts for the 738) I love John Deere Products, but this time there were problems that took a while to work out. It took 9 months to get all the parts to fit snow blower attachment (from my 425) and get it mounted to my new 738. Staffing problems and parts shortages related to the pandemic were part of the problem. The staffing problem (which has been a problem pre-pandemic everywhere due to high employment numbers) had left the dealership essentially rudderless during a bad time. So, a "perfect storm". To be fair, the service employees do try hard & are under a tremendous workload. A call to corporate in early November resulted in an immediate response & attention to not only my issues (and my neighbor, who has the same rig) but also to a huge customer workload which was piling up. Kudos not only to (very knowledable & understanding )United Ag & Turf corporate, but to several service employees at Greenfield United A&G - most notably Sharon and Andrew. They worked beyond their job descriptions to get the job done. At last (& before the snow flew), both me & my neighbor had our 738s with our older snowblowers delivered on the same day. Good one! I'll be back in the spring for attachment swap/service. .
