I flew up to Massachusetts from Virginia to buy my dream Bronco! Chris Taylor made my buying experience incredible. Chris picked me up from the Hartford airport and drove me back to the dealership to knock out the simple paperwork. He is a war veteran who made me proud to be an American. He also had the Bronco detailed to perfection and waiting in the front for me to lose my breath when we arrived. I can’t say enough good things about Chris, the dealership and the entire experience. Chris with Ford of Greenfield was very professional and helped me every step of the way from ordering to taking delivery of my new 2022 Ford Maverick! It was an 8 month journey. He always kept me updated on progress of the order and answered all my questions. Also impressed with finance staff and Chris as I did NOT feel pressured to purchase add-ons/extra packages. They just explained them and if I said no thanks we moved on. They also honored ford price protection. Christopher, I bought my Ford Focus from Ford of Greenfield, and had an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend them if you're in this area. However, given your distance from here, I would probably recommend Imperial Cars in Mendon, from which my family and I have purchased at least seven vehicles (new and used), and probably more than that. I used to live in Hopkinton, and it's probably the biggest single dealership campus I've ever seen in Massachusetts.
We're closely monitoring local and national reports on the evolving impact of COVID-19 and, based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization and applicable public health agencies. We have increased our housekeeping and sanitation efforts in our showrooms, repair facilities, and corporate office. We are frequently disinfecting often-touched surfaces such as door handles, countertops, keypads, and restroom surfaces, We're asking all of our team members to follow the CDC guidelines to prevent the spread of the infection. In these efforts, we are advising our team members to use disposable gloves, disinfectant spray, and cleaning solution. In addition, we have hired an additional employee to routinely disinfect all areas of the dealership, repair centers, and collision center throughout working hours.
We have limited lenders, however if you are looking to rent a vehicle I would suggest using Enterprise which is located down the road from our dealership. Thanks!
Standard oil change and tune up runs about $60 or $70 depending. You can also get coupons in the mail for $40 service.
