My friend got a 2013 Tacoma and after 2 weeks got a phone call about them not adding the sales tax on the original price didn’t tell him until the 2 weeks after, and lied about having a free warranty when it was actually $3000. If he had knew about this, he would’ve declined the warranty. And they cannot just take off that money after the two weeks, so he had to give up his vehicle and was left with no car, so I had to lend her my old car that I was trying to sell but now cannot because this dealership took my friends car, and he would only be able to keep the vehicle if they got attorneys involved. Never coming here again, do not buy from this dealership

Not sure if the service department is actually servicing the vehicle. Each time I come with any issue they find nothing wrong. I had to mention the issues myself after the inspection and they tell me the mechanic didn't see anything during the check. My passengers have brought up the issues as well as they're obvious (brakes and putting) However, I don't think Toyota will notice anything wrong until it's too late. Definitely recommend finding another shop for maintenance.

Stop listing cars in your inventory that have already been sold! At least put sale pending on it so we don't waste our time! Update cars.com and properly label your inventory.

Now...inventory is at an all-time low for most cars for sale, used or new. Which might explain the unexpected inital poor customer service at this dealership...maybe they figured if we didn't spend our hard earned money there...somebody else would be right behind me who would. Still though...Northway Toyota has a very nice facility so I figured okay to give them my business ...after a rough start...and appealing to Toyota Corporate...the management came around and did an excellent job resolving most of our issues... Much to our surprise. Hope the rest of our experiences will be on the new course of professional service we expected.
