The check engine light on my 2017 Civic kept coming on so brought to the dealership for diagnosis. I was told that I needed head gasket replaced and front brakes. The cost was over $5k and I challenged them because it made no sense. Additionally, I had brakes done less than month somewhere else. Another shop he told me we could ask for a good faith warranty since myself and family have been buying Hondas from this dealership for many years. After 2 weeks, Chloe the service manager called to say that it was denied because we are abusing the car. When I asked her to forward me the claim, I never heard back from her. I picked up my car and took it somewhere else and was told it needed spark plugs, total including tax less than $400. I am looking into the over $4k in repairs I’ve recently done on this car that probably was not needed. Shame on the deceptive tactics being used for unnecessary services because they don’t have inventory to sell cars.

The staff (namely Udi and Rocky) are people of integrity, friendly service and professionalism. I have owned Hondas purchased at various dealerships over the years, and this was by far the best experience I have had. In a world of chip shortages and delays, I got the car (2022 Civic Si) I was promised, having been kept up to date on a weekly basis with delays and when I could expect delivery. The financing and protection plan explanations were incredibly thorough. If you are looking for a car, Udi Amnon is the finest salesman you will ever meet. This dealership has my full recommendation.

My daughter and I went in looking for a used low mileage 2018 Honda. We met with Ibrahim-Abdul Salaam our salesman. He was the best Honda salesman I have ever dealt with (and I am a Honda guy dating back to 1995). Very much a customer advocate. Very personable and excellent at what he does. We ended up getting an HR-V at very good price.

Im not sure if they have that capability, but they might be able to refer you to a qualified technician. I know they do have cars to sell in other colors than grey.
It depends. Always ask them up front what they are going to do and what it is going to cost. In addition, once they get the car in, they may discover more work than the b1 that the car needs.
