I had a flat tire and needed replacement as soon as possible. I called many places around the state but this Midas location was the only place that said they’d be able to fix it same-day. (It was a Saturday— and my car has specific tires that aren’t common.) These folks helped me out SO much and were clearly very knowledgeable from the moment we got on the phone. Definitely deserved 5 stars from me!

Very professional, kind and courteous. They fit me in on a busy day, got my inspection done by the time my Uber got me to my house. Told me the work would take a couple hours and had me done within 1 hour. Highly recommend and will be coming here from now on.

My ex-husband works for Midas in Cincinnati, OH and Juan is the only Midas store manager that I’ve experienced that equals my ex. Juan was friendly, kind, professional and efficient. I started off at a AAA certified local shop and the men there were shady and did not feel trustworthy. Juan’s professional and personable demeanor reaffirmed I made the right choice by choosing his store. If you are local to or traveling through Hartford, CT and your car gives you trouble, be sure to take your car to Juan!
