I really wanted a tour of the facilities before signing up. I walked in twice this past week to ask them if they had tours. The second time, the man at the front desk seemed a little annoyed with me for asking. He had me fill out a form for the tour, but after I had filled it out he told me that I wouldn’t be able to tour today. He said that he couldn’t leave the other front desk rep alone because she was new. he also explained that they are experiencing a staff shortage, which I understand because of the nation wide labor shortage. I told him it wasn’t a big deal if they don’t offer tours and he got more annoyed and said “We do offer tours when we can.” very curt. I felt as though I was being a burden and that I was asking for something unreasonable and I just felt very unwanted there. so I guess that was my tour… Idk if I would sign up after that, I feel really unwelcome and pretty disappointed. I get that there is a staff shortage and I know he was probably having a hard day. he must have been under a lot of stress as an employee in a short staff environment, it can be very demanding. I guess that the staff shortage should be addressed before more people sign up as members…

Google needs to update their times. I just called the YMCA and they told me that they close at 7:00 p.m. but the times on Google says 8:00 p.m.

You can always go to the facility and apply in person. The staff is always helpful and willing to accommodate you accordingly. However, to get a locker you'd have to bring your own lock or you can rent a code based locker which can be quite small.

Absolutely! For an adult it is $15 per day, for a family $25, for a child $10. We love welcoming guests, and if you sign up for a membership we'll credit that amount to your joining fee.
