Today I called these people and ask them if they had a battery for my 1980 Honda XL 125 motorcycle and the gentleman on the phone said indeed he did so I left work early came to his shop versus somebody else’s where he stands at a little bit and told me well yes I have it but I have to order it so basically I had a bait and switch situation happen where is good customer service these days where has it gone??

These are my got to guys for simple bike fixes. Just picked up a new chain and grabbed a chain breaker while I was there. This guy knows his stuff and we always chop it up like we are best buddies. Great business and they have a decent selection too

We’ve purchased a few things from Power-Plus Equipment & Motor. We even had them fix a Scooter that was involved in an accident. Ran like new. Had no issues. Customer service was great. We highly recommend this place.

I took my lawnmower blades there for sharpening this morning. When I called ahead, I was told that, depending on how busy they are, they could either sharpen the blades while I wait or would have them done in a few hours. When I arrived, there was no wait; I handed the blades over to the very nice young lady working behind the counter, and less than 5 minutes and $14 later ($7/blade) I had my sharpened blades back in my hands. Sharpening was done very well, quickly, and at a fair price. I'll definitely come back.
