Made an appointment to get my car serviced here on a Saturday morning. Was a little confusing to figure out which building to go to. When I got there they told me the service would take 45 minutes to an hour so I went out to breakfast with my husband. Came back after an hour because he had to go to work and I still hadn't received a text or phone call. Waited 10 minutes then asked the girl at the service desk if it was done. She said she thought it was but that the service advisor was helping another customer. Waited another 20 minutes and service advisor called me. He didn't even know I was at the dealership or had been waiting for a half hour. He started grumbling about how it wasn't his fault and then gave me $10 off which was fine. Whatever, not going to make a big scene about it - there are worse things in life but just a minor annoyance. Also didn't offer a complimentary car wash like the other Subaru dealership I had it serviced at last time - just left a free water bottle in the car. Realistically I'll probably come back here because I hate driving and it's the closest one, but I'll just make sure I have something to do for a couple hours next time.
