We used MW for our sons wedding the end of May. Well where should I start! The young employees working the floor are not knowledgeable and obviously don’t know how to take measurements or know much about time frames for delivery etc. They told us that the 10 suits would have a pick date on Friday before the Sunday wedding. Thank goodness we had to push for an early date. We had groomsmen that were flying in from all over the country. They had to pick up their suits at other locations.Measurements on 3 groomsmens suits were wrong in other locations In Baltimore, Orlando and Charlotte.. Not one pc of my husband s suit came in the correct size. Not a difficult measurement to take , 6’ tall 175 lbs nor were any of the others. They had to reorder everything 4 days before wedding. How would that original Friday pick up worked out???? We were still scrambling on Saturday of wedding weekend to get things right. The whole experience was just awful!

Initially our appointment started out mediocre with the first rep we had. She laid out the pricing & our options that were laid out on a table. Unfortunately, everything my son was choosing they did not have available. So she left us to look around & for us just let her know if we find anything we may like. After wandering around for about 10 minutes since she had continued with other customers. We seemed to have caught another reps eye. Rep Tony!! Let me say customer service at it's finest! Tony saved the day before we walked out with nothing in hand. He gave us so many different options & his expertise on suits & Tux for my son for Prom. He had my sons attention which was great. His customer service was so immaculate that if we were to return that I would only want to deal with Tony in the future. He is the reason for a 5 -Star on this review.

If you are planning to have a tux or suit for a wedding, do yourself and your groomsmen a favor and go somewhere else. I rented a suit here because this is where the groom signed the party up at. To have to spend $200-250 on a suit for an evening is a rip off. The suits are very generic and aren't fitted. Jackets are generic for everyone to wear and don't fit at all. The pants are baggy and everyone was sagging. Do everyone a favor, go to Jos A Banks. For $200 you can get a fitted suit and keep it for years to come. If it's in my control, I'll never go back to the men's warehouse. The guy that helped us was great though. Only reason this place gets 2 stars...

So incredibly helpful. I was nervous about purchasing my wedding suit because I don't often wear any sort of formal wear, but Bryce went above and beyond helping me with sizing, color, and even shoe options. I love my custom suit! Thank you so much Bryce and Men's Wearhouse!
