This is a mixed review. It would be five stars for one cat, and zero stars for other 2. One cat was given a death sentence and I was told I could give medication but it was kind of pointless cause it wouldn’t help. I fortunately took the medication and the cat was healed. It’s doing fine but it would have died a horrible death if I had listened to them. The third cat has had reoccurring problems with the left ear. I was concerned that symptoms were being treated but no cause was found. Two weeks ago, I took the cat in and was pretty much discounted. Nothing wrong, no big deal. Now the problem has rapidly gotten worse and the cat is quite sick. She is in fact fighting for her life and has a ruptured ear drum with an infection that has spread. Two weeks ago I saw her on the floor with multiple people holding her down. I thought this very odd because other vets remarked about how good she was. I was in the room for those. She didn’t bite or claw. She purred and made biscuits on their arm. What happened here? So there really was something wrong two weeks ago and I was correct. After the follow up visit for cat #2, we won’t be back. I’ve switched vets. The new one has correctly diagnosed the cats.

I have been going here for four years with my dog and they have been the best. My dog is not the easiest patient but they always give her the best care and are super patient with her. They also always listen to me, and never made me feel silly for bringing her in. I could not recommend them more!! Unfortunately, we are moving out of state and the thing I will miss the most about Greenville is knowing that my dog had a dependable veterinarian office. If you are thinking about bringing your pets here, please do!!! It was the best decision I made. Thank you Cleveland Park Animal Hospital!

I have really enjoyed my experiences here for over a year now! Dr. Miller has been wonderful with my cat. The staff here is friendly, knowledgeable, and I felt that my Minerva was truly cared for during her visit. The environment is consistently clean, and I've been able to schedule routine appointments with ease. He has not yet needed an appointment, but I love that this office will treat exotics, as I have a ball python as well. Thank you!
