Here at 10:28 on 10/10 (Columbus/Indigenous People’s Day). Not only are they charging on a holiday, but it’s nearly half an hour past the time the gates are supposed to be raised per the hours posted on-premises and online, and they are still requiring payment. Workers are standing there at the gate arms collecting tickets for the long line of cars. I’d like to add that this garage used to be free after 8pm, then they extended it to 9pm, and now it is 10pm. And apparently beyond that now to God knows when. We’ve already needed to adjust to the extended hours, we’re bearing with you charging on a holiday, and now you refuse to honor your posted hours. Ellsworth Garage needs to be fined by the county to adhere to its own hours.

Have always parked here when going to the movies or some of the shops or restaurants around. Gets a 1 star because the gates are to be raised at 10 pm. But they have attendants still making people pay after 10:30 pm. The stated hours are 7 am - 10 pm to pay. After 10, the gates are to go up and no payment needed.
