I have never had a car shopping or buying experience like Carmax! No salesmen chasing you in a parking lot, no pressure. Extremely nice and helpful staff. I will never shop anywhere else for a vehicle

Although I schedule the test drive, it took more than 1h to do paperwork and get things started. I ended up buying the car at that same day. However now that I need to schedule a service because I feel something could be wrong with the engine I was only able to get it by 9/25. The second keyfob does not work and the website does not have my car's manual. So far no reply or help from Carmax team. Today I drove the car through rain and there are leaks in both driver and passenger seats. I need someone to help me fix these issues ASAP.

You couldn't possibly make selling a used car easier. I highly recommend Carmax for selling your used car. We went in at a very busy time and we were out the door with a check in hand in less than an hour.

Had it happen to me too awhile back. bait and switch.
My experience was nothing like that. I had a pretty good experience except for applying for a car while we were on the lot. We got approved for the car and they couldn't accept my part time pay and then we had to choose another car $3,000.00 cheaper, but we got a great Chevrolet Equinox that we like very much, so, to me Carmax was a great place to go for a car.
You could try logging in and using the finance pre-approval feature. It doesn't pull your credit score.
As i know yes.
Go in, they will find you one. If not on the lot the computer will find one and send it to your location.
If you go to carmax, you deliver it as part of the payment and you take out another .... if you owe the first one, they readjust the debt and that's it
Your application will be processed through their finance company along with three other major finance companies
Absolutely correct. And very polite also multiple hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the building.
Walk in is fine, appointment will get you through faster.
I've personally never saw one in that price range there before.
You'll need to contact customer service for the exact details.
Matt and Ryan are both right!! Go ahead and find out from CarMax the specifics!! They're amazing!! Good luck!!
The CarMax credit is all online so if the system (computer) finds a lender for the particulars credit report they'll go ahead with it.
What other fees????
If the car is paid off,go to your local DMV and they can explain the steps you should take to get your name removed but if it took both of ya'lls names to get the vehicle financed, you're probably stuck like chuck.....
CarMax will try to rip you off when you sell your car to them.dont do it.
Yes. I requested an appointment online.
They def have options for bad credit...talk to Raphael when you go down there...he is very good
It's easy using the phone app too...
I got $1500 trade in or $2200 retail on kbb. They didn't ask for mileage, but I only had about 35000 miles.
Ask the associates at CarMax. They will be able to determine the actual cost of operating and insurance between the two. While you are there you can test drive them and if they don't have them on the lot, they will find exactly what you want and ship it to the lot for free without any obligation to buy it. I bought my Nissan Quest there and it was shipped from NC without any charge and i am very pleased with the vehicle as well as the deal we made. They also service the vehicle when needed as well as offer a warranty. Ask for Michal ,( pronounced as Me Haul), and he will help you with whatever you need.
It depends on credit and the price of the car and your interest rate and many other factors my best advice would be go to the dealership pick out a car and let them run the numbers
Make an appointment and see what kinda options they can give you
Title if you have it or complete payoff information. Also have your current registration and insurance cards available.
