I do NOT recommend CarMax of Greenville. We had chosen a vehicle, after doing A LOT of research, and shopping. It had been “reserved” and was suppose to be delivered for us to pick up, and they sold it right out from under us! TERRIBLE SERVICE!

My experience was nothing like that. I had a pretty good experience except for applying for a car while we were on the lot. We got approved for the car and they couldn't accept my part time pay and then we had to choose another car $3,000.00 cheaper, but we got a great Chevrolet Equinox that we like very much, so, to me Carmax was a great place to go for a car.

Same thing happened to me. After I paid for the transfer they placed it on hold. The same car is back in the market. KARMA
