Yes they r friendly but they don't stand behind there words and they don't keep there word either they told us one thing and done something different we can't stand the people there at all and it takes alone time for them to fix ur car if something goes wrong with it and they will tell u that they fixed it then a month or 2 later it breaks down again and it can't be fixed
Interest rate a bit high length of loan was only 3years but report to the credit bureaus were inaccurate they reported my loan as closed and I was still paying them as I was suppose too and I was a great customer they never had to call me for a missed payment so they should've been reporting mines as payed as agreed(good) I was very disappointed and had a discussion with them about it so watch them on that part
