Service and Parts don’t coordinate so I had to go to Parts to order my card and then go to Service to set up the service. I then had to pick up the part and bring it to service with my vehicle. One of the things they did was a Noyle change and they left my car on the street with the hood open and oil stains on the front of my truck. The service department manager is excellent.

Honestly one of the most dishonest dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. I was getting off a lease and wanted to purchase the vehicle outright. The manager wanted to tack on $4,000 on top of the agreed upon buy out price when I first leased the car. When I protested this amount they said this was due to the market conditions. You can’t add more money to a contracted price just because the market changed! On top of this I had to call them to get my license plates and title and when I go to the dealership they said they don’t have the title. Only for it to reappear all of a sudden when I told them that I received confirmation that it did actually arrive. Shady and dishonest. AVOID at all costs. The sales guy was fine, it was just the manager.

Juan was very nice, helpful and patient. He listened and understood what I was looking for especially staying in my budget. All the guys were very nice and helpful. Thank you Moe, Jamoe and another guy who also helped out and forgot to get his name. You guys did an amazing job. This my 3rd leasing car with Ford and I will continue to stay with them.

I purchased a Genesis G70 from this dealership online and they showed me pictures of everything besides the huge gouges in the rear bumper (entire bumper will have to be repainted for a quoted $1,000+) and the front drivers wheel has horrible curb rash ($500 to replace). They were also not competent enough to simply transfer my plates from my old car to this one which cost me another $100. When I called about the damage they told me car was sold as is and they aren’t going to do anything about it even though it was a shady sales practice and super unethical. I understand buying a car online is hit or miss but not disclosing over $1,500 in damage is unacceptable. Look elsewhere for your next purchase

Have u taken the truck back to the dealership. If so and they refuse to give u satisfaction then I would 💯 % let the Ford motor company know of this ordeal and if no satisfaction is still not rendered then Sue the Ford motor company in court.
Hey Adly, It would make your experience quicker
Most likely yes .... However u should price shop .. I saved over $150 per month .. Also they wasted a lot of my time in the sales dept .. The sales dept is very unorganized ... I have a truck service is great ... I deal with Adam ... Or balantime ... Both easy to deal with .... Best thing is o didn't buy from them and I still use their service dept .... Good luck
