Great work by Raheem (project leader) and the team on mold remediation in basement. Communication and responsiveness were excellent. In estimating and explaining the services, Raheem gave me confidence the job would get done well. And he and the team delivered. Overall I had a great experience with servepro. I would use them again - hopfully I don't have to though ;)

They charged far too much money and did a sloppy job by damaging too much of the surrounding area which they had no intention of repairing. That came out if my pocket.

Yes, we accept all insurance claims. Each of our clients who uses an insurance claim is assigned a Project Coordinator to help them process their claim from start to finish.
