Took delivery of a 2022 diesel. I worked with Mike . He is the GM of the dealership. And also Willie one of their top sales professionals. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. The service department has a very knowledgeable And professional staff. From the initial phone call all the way through taking delivery of the vehicle it was the most enjoyable experience I ever had buying a truck. A great deal a honest sales staff and knowledgeable service department.

IF I have any complaint it would be with my 1 of many(100+) parts ordered over the course of 20+ years. I had ordered a sun-visor on a Wednesday the advisor told me a price and said it would be there by Friday morning, I told him to call me when it does make it in and I will gladly pick it up. To which he said absolutely I can call. So Friday came and went, never heard anything. So I figured with all the delays with deliveries, I gave him the benefit Of the doubt. But then the entire following week still no word. Then after almost exactly 2 weeks later. I gave them a call to see what's up. After he did some work to see what happened. Even though I was very thorough to whom I was at original contact. He said it was put under someone else's name or something along those lines. He did apologize a few times. After he figured it out he said I could come get it, then he proceeded to tell me the price upon pickup was $60 more than what I was told originally. I told him that's not correct and told him the approx price I was told, he did put me on hold and came back with the correct price. Which was 113 instead of the 160ish he tried to say it was. Which is a big difference, but I am Alllll The Way up in the Hickory/Taylorsville area, contrary to some others recent opinions of Service dept claims. We always have helpful, quick, honest, quality assistance. We travel all the way down because Steve White CDJR in Hickory is the WORST SERVICE DEPT I've EVER Dealt With, Which says a lot considering I've had the pleasure to work with at least 100 different dealerships for service. They are well worth the extra 45 minute drive over the local one. Outstanding Service Dept. Most places now-a-days if you dish a certain attitude you often get that same back. I've been there when some mean folks talk down to serv. Or Parts and they didn't give it back to the customer even though they probably did deserve to get that kind . Outstanding CDJR Store. They Should Show Steve White How to be a Great Dealership!

Purchased a new Jeep Wrangler eight days ago, the sales staff and finance team were and are amazing! The complaint is with service. Took it down to have running boards installed, whoever the technician was, gave no thought of care for my wife’s new vehicle. The driver side door sill was badly scratched, as if a boot heel was bounced off it multiple times. We ordered door sill protection covers, but unfortunately they showed up a day too late. The steering wheel (which is Leather) was also scratched. The oddest issue, that I can’t explain is, the roof panel latches have oily and/or grease just above them, as if someone unlocked the panels with greasy hands. Needless to say, I can’t get the oil or grease off the panels. This brings me to the issue that upset us the most. As stated at the beginning of our review, the Jeep had 13 miles when she purchased it eight days ago. After noticing, (1) the mileage had increased on the trip A read-out, we also noticed the “Average Miles per Gallon” number had dropped from 19.3 to 17.8, I had a strong feeling her vehicle had been driven by a service employee. What’s concerning is, she purposely set the Trip A odometer and Average miles per Gallon to determine her average gas consumption per tank. The only way I was able to get a drop in this number was to, “Get on it”. I’m really hoping to be incorrect about this, as the thoughts of an employee “Thrashing” her brand new Jeep is very upsetting. We will never go back, ever.

Great people, we felt at home. They helped us the most possible way just to get my husband's dream truck. Thanks Mike (salesman) and Natalie (finance).
