My wife and I got a 2014 Chevrolet Impala about 6 months ago. Bare in mind that they did work with us, and I am grateful that they did, but at the same token there were some things that wasn't explained to us clearly such as the warranty. We didn't know that it's $50 per occurrence (if your car goes into the shop for repairs and they are under warranty for 2 or more repairs at the same time unless the 2 repairs cover one major repair) I had 2 separate repairs done at the same time and I had to a deductible for both repairs. Also it wasn't explained to us that if you don't want the warranty that you have at least 30 days to cancel it. Not knocking the dealership but I think if some things are explained thoroughly, customers would have a better understanding.

I worked with Rick and Spencer. That should be the only thing I need to say but for those looking for help I will shed a little more light on the situation. I tried everywhere to find a place that would allow me to get into a car and get back on my feet. October of 2021 I had C-19 and being the only one working in my family I had no choice but to use my credit cards to handle bills. I maxed out all my cards and my credit score suffered severely . I got my credit back on track slowly but some will know it is not easy OR fast acting. I needed a car but nobody was willing to work with me even though I have shown good discipline in the past before C-19. Rick and Spencer saw my profile and said not to worry not only will we get you into a car today BUT we will also report every payment to the big 3 to show you are worthy and your credit will rebuild itself. They have earned a life long customer . I dont care about some things like flashy cars and big greasy salesmen wanting to screw me over before I get out of the car. I got nothing but the best experience shopping with them so much my son wanted to give our salesman Spencer a gift as a thank you!!. 2014 Toyota Avalon XLE Touring with low miles for a really good price and in 5 years or less I will be back in the 700+ club again. I cannot thank them enough.
