Best service EVER! Hard to find parts for disc brakes and tires and they had both pieces in stock! They went out of their way to help me!!! Tell all your friends! We called 10 different places before we were recommended to Redneck Trailer. Very greatful for their hospitality!

I work Monday - Friday 6-2 1st shift. I got off work one day and take my trailer to redneck trailer to get advice on changing my axle with a 5000 lb axle instead of a 3000 lb because the axle I have is bent and wearing out tires like crazy. I get there probably about 3:30 and reach the door to be told customers can get help between I believe 9 till 1 but the website site says there open till 5. I drove over an hour for nothing and will never be able to reach them during their sorry operating hours so I guess I'll find another solution for my problem elsewhere

Hurried out of work to buy a replacement part got to the door 15 min before closing. Employee met me at the door very pleasant lady and told me if I don't have an account with them i can only purchase until 1 pm justnew owners rules. 1.5 hrs of drive time and fuel and can't fix the trailer. Hope I can find a company that appreciates a cash paying customer. Good luck in business I'll shop elsewhere forever. BTW I own 6 trailers that all need regular maintenance for my business.
