spoke over the phone with Bob who seemed like a nice guy and told me he would call me back if truck I was interested in sold or NOT!!!! Never had the courtesy to call back and keep his word. In reply to your reply...I spoke with a person who called himself Bob at the phone number for Abernathy Auto sales which I found on Cargurus so that is not his real name or you all are lying.

The first time we took the car in the issue was intermittent and of course it wouldn’t do it while there. That afternoon we picked it up, got it home and it wouldn’t start again. We spoke with Jessica Russell, she had it towed right in, they got the car fixed the following day and Jessica kept us updated throughout the entire process. That girl deserves a raise, she done amazing from answering all of my questions, to updating me in terms I could understand as well as test driving it before I picked up to assure me and rest my nerves that it was good to go. We picked it up yesterday and it runs like new. I appreciate the Abernathy’s team so much for all of their help!

Abernethy’s sales, finance, service, and parts team is excellent. The salesmen are very knowledgeable of the product whether it be a GM product or even used non GM vehicles. The finance department and sales department go above and beyond to get their customers in a great car. Abernethy’s service department is extremely helpful and their staff are very knowledgeable. The service technicians are extremely knowledgeable and get the jobs done quick! Everyone is very personable and welcoming at the entire dealership. The parts department staff are quick and efficient. All around a great team!
