Glacially slow service. No joke 25 min wait with 3 cars in line. When I get to the window I see 3 people standing around gossiping while one guy is doing everything. I finally get home and realize I was given someone else's order. After going back and waiting in line another 20 mins I got a "fresh made" burger that tasted like it was made yesterday. You're better off going hungry that coming here.

The worst Wendy's, like Wendy's is already impossible to get any type of decent service at in 2022, not their fault that's the world we live in. But at this specific location. They go out of your way to make one of the simplest possible experiences a mind numbing 40 minute headache anytime you pull into the drive thru.

Sometimes good. Most of the time under staffed when we go and the order has been wrong many times. Good if youre the only car in line otherwise plan to wait 20 minutes for a small burger and fry sometimes.

If I didn’t have to give a star to move forward I definitely wouldn’t. This is the only Wendy’s thus far that I have went to in Saint Petersburg that has the upmost poorest customer service. It may as well be self served because that’s how it feels when you come through the drive through and are asked to come inside to make your own drinks. This isn’t my first time going to this Wendy’s but no matter how long I wait to return they still seem to show that their #1 at poor customer service. Now I have to pretty much pray when pulling in that someone in the building is actually “Happy to be at work and actually feels good about doing their job. And please for the life of you start serving “FRESH FRIES” we know their not fresh already. Sorry to do this but I believe heavily in writing reviews, how else will people know.

As with most fast food restaurants, I would place the order online. Chick-fil-A gets quite busy during rush hours but if you call during non-rush hours you should get an answer.
