The maintenance is bad they take forever to fix anything damages in the apartment. I have complained about some damages in my apartment for more than two months now but no one showed up to fix it…. The management is another worst part of it, you have to call for appointments before you can come into the apartment office and if you even called no one to answer the call. This is so annoying😡😡😡😡😡

VIOLATION OF RIGHTS AND BREACH OF CONTRACT(Lease)!!! Corporate office decided not to renew my lease due to a domestic violence issue I suffered back in October of 2021. Although I provided them with paperwork from the prosecutor’s office advising they cannot do that they still went forward with it. They gave me paperwork to renew my lease and when it came time for me to sign my new lease they decide I was ineligible for renewal. Never paid my rent late, never damaged any property, and never caused a disturbance in the community. To top it off they gave me notice literally 22 days prior to my lease expiration date and expect me and my 3 children to just go. I have called Jane Brooks the VP and she advised she would call me back on 4/4/2022 and as of today 4/11/22 I haven’t heard anything back from her. They treat me as if I’m not human and don’t have any rights. In the state of Indiana you have to give the tenant 3 months advance notice that they won’t renew a lease and yet I was given 22 day notice.

Never had any issues they keep the property up really well. And as soon as you have a issue they will be there to fix it either that day or a few days later. They always call to make sure your home and ask if it's OK they come to your apartment. Been here 3 years only moving. Because we want more space and bigger apartment. The only bad thing I have to say about this complex is that there is 1 way in 1 way out.. the back gate is always closed and locked. I would of loved to use the back gate to get to my apartment quicker.

My daughter moved in the complex in May. Discussing to say the least on first nightmare. Complex Office help is very rude, there are items that should have been fixed before move in, cabinet in bathroom old & facing coming off, there was something crawling under carpet making carpet move, called office, 4 days later maintenance person arrives. There are many other things that should have attention like the so called 🚨 alarm, you can’t even hear 👂 it standing in the kitchen. My daughter is a SS recipient , and this is how she is treated. What is with a three day pass parking, whoever heard of such with a SSI recipient and a 71 year old mother that should be able to visit daughter at any time, what harm can I do (nothing) not even a weeks pass? The night she moved in her car was towed, tow truck driver said no car parking tag was visible, the tag had fallen on car floor, but he wouldn’t let her inside of vehicle. We couldn’t even get our last load out of car as tired as we were. We followed tow truck to retrieve vehicle so nothing would be stolen from it. We had to pay $150 for retrieve of vehicle, even tow truck company woman in office was very rude. This ain’t all, If you are thinking about moving here 4 15 14 20!
