ZERO STARS. A bunch of Thieves! TAKE YOUR EQUIPMENT ELSEWHERE! My husband has wasted thousands of dollars due to these idiots continuously misdiagnosing his skid steer. Not to mention he's missed weeks of work due to the "mechanics" not being able to accurately figure out the problem. Not only have they misdiagnosed the problem TWICE, they tried to charge him 20,000 dollars to fix it! Then they tried to buy his machine for half of what it's worth, only to find out the problem wasn't even the machine...it was the attachment! The CAT corporation should be ashamed of this location! It's pretty bad when even CAT employees advise you to take your machine somewhere else!

Hey guys, I use to work on CAT equipment, I was here all the time until my accident. Most knowledgeable staff and always willing to go the extra mile to get you want you need and up and running. I love CAT equipment and hopefully the right person at CAT will be willing to sponsor me in my skydiving career. Hint hint

Normally great service normally. Gave only 4 stars because they told me they would have my part next day at 8am went there (30min drive) and told me it wouldn't be till tomorrow. Means I'm an hour in the hole and without my machine for a day more.
