Horrible, horrible, atrocious customer service @ the pharmacy!! My mail-in pharmacy was attempting to transfer a Rx over (per my request) & the pharmacist was busy ( ok, I completely understand) however, the pharmacist was SUPPOSED to Call back to get My Rx & Never Did‼️‼️Meanwhile… I’m actually out of my migraine medicine & CVS is ‘claiming’ they’ve no idea what I’m talking about?! Really?!?! My husband or myself try calling to see if a Rx is ready & we get left on hold ( I’ll use this last incident) 28 minutes the 1st first call, 17 minutes & 37 seconds 2nd call & 3rd call I’d attempted to call a manager ( that was a joke) I gave up! So, I’m transferring all my business to Walgreens (& I have a lot) sorry CVS, but your CS is really bad & your employees are extremely rude to customers!!!

Pharmacy staff members need to attend a basic customer service training. I just went to pick up a refill, which by the way was not ready. Same is for pain, as I had surgery 2 weeks ago. After waiting at the pick up line and asking for my medicine, I was asked to see the young lady at the drop off area. I had to explain the whole situation again, eventough she was briefed by the lady at pick up area. According to her she wanted to hear it from me. Not only I had to put up with her nasty attitude, but also ended up repeatimg myself. I still have difficulties talking, so this was not an easy task. There was a gentleman who was always most attentive. I have not seen him in a while. I sure hope he found a better place to work.

I’m extremely disappointed in the service and attitude my friend and i received today. We got to the pharmacy at 545, unaware they close at 6 pm attempting to get our flu shots. The pharmacist was rude when she stated they couldnt administer our flu shot because they close in 15 mins and it takes 20 minuets to administer the shot from start to finish. I understand the frustration of wanting to get out of work on time, i myself work in the health care field but would never turn away a patient especially when it meant only working an extra couple mins to give quality customer care. I called in advance to make sure they were administering the flu shots since this was the second CVS store we were going to since the store on St. Pete Beach told us there wasn’t anybody there to give us our shots, and they said they were. Again, extremely disappointed in the customer service, attitude, and overall experience we had. She could have been a lot nicer telling us she couldn’t do it today and politely ask us to come back tomorrow.

Managing a chronic condition with medication is not easy, but the Pasadena CVS pharmacy really makes their refill process as quick, simple, and easy as possible taking pressure and stress off of me. I dropped off a new prescription while picking up another and the pharmacist said she could fill my new prescriptuon in about a minute while I prepared to pay. Thank you! It made my day!

You should go on line to find out that answer, with cvs
It would depend on if you get involved in they club card or not. Walgreens I find to have cheeper milk most of the time. CVS is cheeper with my insurance to use their prescriptions
