In the last year this place has gone downhill. Filthy place to live. Management could care less if the elevators are even working. If you make a complaint about anything, expect your rent to increase by 25% when your lease is up. This is their way of getting rid of you. Building is not secure because the locking systems for the doors have been broken since 2020.

No.The 2nd elevator is not Working yet. There are 17 Stories in the building. I live on the 16th floor.
Yes and a little storage unit AND pay a pet deposit AND pày àn additional amount on Pet Rent. IF you have/need these things.
No on 03.10 both elevators will be NOT WORKING....These elevators are the original from the 70's, and need to be upgraded. They have been waiting on parts to fix one for MONTHS...UGH
Yes there is vister parking it's the , there is also one handicap parking by the main door , usually I drop off at the door and go park in the visitor parking next to the church but Don't park on the church side they will tow your car
So , a visitor has to park someplace else, off property ? There is no visitor parking at all on Bay Pointe grounds ? Is Bay Pointe a 55+ property ? That does not seem well thought out for a senior property ! I would imagine there is a lot of Home Health , Oxygen , Therapies that are needed for seniors. Plus family and friends that want to park and visit !
Bay Point towers is an low income places. It has your basic needs what is needed.

Yes but that's why there are thermostats, set it and leave it alone. If you don't keep temp around 69 to 71 deg. In Florida high humidity you will develop black mold.
