Why during cosmic bowling aren’t all the lights off to be completely dark , it makes the cosmic bowling experience undesirable ! Being in the completely dark with all the lights is what makes the experience ! Feel robbed of that

I've brought tickets from groupon for my children and they've been closed for most of the summer and idea of and when they will reopen or should I busy request a refund?

They had a fire recently, not sure if they will be open any time soon. I'd visit the location during a weekday if possible as I'm sure there would be somebody there to answer questions.
