The Phoenix House Treatment Center at Cushing Avenue in Dorchester does not provide either detox or outpatient care; however, Phoenix House does have a detox program in Exeter, Rhode Island, and outpatient services in Providence, R.I. I hope this is helpful, and wish you good luck.
