My family has been ordering from upmans for some time. The food was very good always arrived timely, and didn't break the bank. In the past 7 or so weeks the orders have been consistently wrong, or late and cold, or sandwiches so soggy that you just don't want to eat them. And of course there have been increasing in the pricing, and a $3.75 delivery fee on top of the tip we give to the person bringing the orders. So all that being said, we ordered 2 subs, both large.. but they brought small ones! so, not only did they increase the price of them, but the reduced the size of them as well!!! Their business practices aren't quite right, so I won't be ordering from here any more.. I'll spend my money someplace else!

I ordered the pasta with chicken, steak and alfredo sauce. What do I got for the 4th time from here just pasta steak with the alfredo sauce. I decided to spend my money with this establishment and didn't get what my money paid for. There won't be a 5th time.

I never had a issue until today I’ve always ordered my salads from here and they were always amazing but upon opening my salad tonight I see a dead bug on my lettuce I call the restaurant to let them know about my discovery and that I can bring the salad back so they can see themselves what they sent me he says he’ll send me another salad. Wait what? No way! I’m already traumatized so I politely declined. Instead of issuing a refund he said he hopes I have a great night. What? You can’t be serious not only am I out of something to eat but no help nor apology to a loyal customer.

I've never been disappointed until today. Raw onions, peppers and mushrooms and a sprinkle of cheese on top. Waste of money ETA: They took care of it immediately.

With all due respect ma'am, we forgot your caramel sauce, you called screaming at him for a solid 5 minutes, he politely said he would dispatch the driver right away and apologized for the mishap. We are surprised by this review.
Hi there, we offer curb-side pickup and Contactless deliveries. All employees are required to wear masks at all times, even when out on delivery. We have ceased dine-in delivery altogether since March. Our entire restaurant is sanitized throughout the day and night. Feel free to let us know if you have any further questions.
