Uphams is rude I ordered a steak tip salad and they argued with me that I should asked for more steak tip. LIKE THATS WHAT I AM PAYING FOR. they gave me like 5 pieces and this guy on the phone was bickering with me. NEVER AGAIN.

Sorry they use to be way better🤦‍♀️ and usually when you're not happy with your order they should refund your money😶

My issue isn’t even about the steak anymore it’s how the employee handle the situation he was really rude and was really trying to argue with me. And the fact that you can comment under my post and say “I believe that is what the gentleman was trying to explain to you” shows you have no respect for you customers and don’t hold your employees accountable. He could handled it differently.

We are always more than happy to add more steak tips to your order for an additional cost. Our portions are pre-measured to correlate with the cost of each item. I believe that is what the gentleman was trying to explain to you

I just got a steak tip dinner. And a cheeseburger and jalapeno poppers and the bill was 42$ the steak tip dinner had 5 tiny pieces of steak..... For 15-16 bucks. Hell no. Not worth it. Will never order from here again
