This store is extremely disorganized and no one has a clue what they are doing. I placed an order online and arrived several hours later to pick it up - not only was the order not ready, but they did not have several of the items I paid for, and gave me all the wrong parts (i.e. gave me a breaker bar when I ordered a torque wrench, gave me the wrong grease gun even though I paid for a more expensive one online). Awful experience. ** as an update: I've been trying to contact customer service for several days with no response. Because I was given the WRONG supplies that clearly don't match the order receipt I've been unable to return the items and have tried multiple locations.

POOR EMPLOYEES!!!! It’s a very beautiful day outside but it is BELOW FREEZING IN THE STORE. I stopped by for small necessities and could not hold still for more than a minute because it was SO COLD!!!! I was only in the store for under 2 minutes and by the time I went back to my car my hands were FREEZING… This is not how a store should be operating nor the type of environment they should allow their employees or CUSTOMERS to be in. I can’t even begin to imagine how much more horrifying and colder it was in the store when it was actually winter time. It was like walking into a brick and metal factory with NO sort of insulation or heating system. I definitely will not be coming back. I don’t even want to know what the store is going to be like in the summer if they can’t even regulate their own store’s temperature in this current temperature! A sauna?!! Clearly the methods this company is choosing to maintain their hvac systems is a very POOR investment choice. SHAME ON YOU ADVANCE AUTO! Please invest in your employees health and safety and the buildings they occupy because todays experience is completely UNACCEPTABLE.

This store will never change. I visited today around noon time and all of the employees were sweating in the store. They clearly don’t care about the employee’s and customer’s comfort at all. To top it off, there was a short spanish girl I always see behind the counter there a few times but was not in uniform today harassing and following a male employee into the store with a couple of male acquaintances by her. I don’t know if she still works there, but she made the environment feel even more uncomfortable. This company clearly needs to be under new management.

I went to purchase a battery for my car. I entered the store and waited in line. I asked if they install batteries? I was told yes. I purchased the best battery and this is when the disappointment started. Erick the guy who served me walked outside to install the battery, I could already tell he didn’t want to do it? We didn’t even get to the car and he started making excuses. I opened the hood and he says, I can’t remove the battery due to the air filter being in the way. However, if I remove it he can do it. I asked if he had a Phillips screwdriver? He said you will have to purchase it. I told him I work 2 minutes away and will go get it. He said come back and he will install it. I left the store and returned back within 15 minutes. I entered the store and asked for Erick? The manager asked what I needed? I explained what happened and he said sorry we don’t install batteries after 5:00 PM? I explained once again how Erick told me I needed to remove the air filter part but wouldn’t let me use the screwdriver to do it. So per him I went home to get it. The manager offered to let me borrow the tools to do it, but couldn’t do it himself. Once again confused by what I was told he picked up the phone and called Erick, not understanding why he would call Erick when I had the receipt to prove I purchased the battery and needed a screwdriver? He said they don’t install the batteries? I got a refund! They are rude and disrespectful at this location. The manager further stating they have plenty of other customers and don’t need my business! Please don’t go here for your car needs . I went to Auto Zone next door where I received the best service possible and installed my battery within five mins no screwdriver needed! And Saved 30.00 dollars! Auto Zone Rocks!
