Waited almost an hour for a business license. No big deal, until they told me to go to station 15 and then the woman at station 15 informed me that the front desk person put me under the wrong category so my name got put back at the end of the line and I had to go wait again. Absolutely Ridiculous.

Typical government office. Too many customers, not enough workers. Long waits and slower service.

This office is one of the best places DMV wish . Yes I've only lived here in CITRUS for 18 years and down St Petersburg since 1987 I'm from several places up north and then you would relize what a pleasure this place is. Thank you all for your courtesy and respect when I have entered your facility.

It’s a typical tax collectors office. I came in here the day before the 4th of July to renew my license and my tags and this place wasn’t busy there were maybe 5 people sitting. I thought I’d have time to wait between appointments so I came in hoping to get it taken care of that day. The front desk girl was nice and friendly when I came in. I ended up waiting 2 hours before having to leave for another appointment. I still had 3 people ahead of me when I left so it would have been a little while longer. I tried again the day after the 4th and had better luck. The wait was 45 minutes. The person that took care of what I came in for(Julie I believe is her name) was professional, courteous and informative. The staff here is great but the wait times are terrible. They really need to hire more staff to accommodate wait times since the area is growing. I’m hoping this is something they do in the future to improve service

License , insurance, and registration... unless you do it online then you just pay the registration fee
Yes, you can renew your driver's license there.
You can drop tags off at the post office and they will return them for you. Or you can just mail them to the tags office.
You can get it online via mail or go to the DMV and pick it up. DMV us not obligated to send you a notice.
Did you return your plate? That is probably why.
Yes
Depending on what you need. Obtaining a new tag requires an appointment.
Yes
Marriage licenses if married/ss card/birth certificate
They are open, masking and temperature checks. You are better off online. I had to wait an hour for tag renewal last week and I was there at 8:45, they open at 8:30.
Yes.
No, as long as you've registered and received it once, it will carry over every year.
Check the citrus county gis website
This is the right spot. Go inside to the left. There is also an office in Inverness.
