These guys never call back at all. My first call was on April 26th, second was on May 10th. Very unprofessional way to run your business. I can't complain about the price because I can't get Ryan out to provide me with a quote.

I was unfortunate enough to purchase a lot with one of their construction fences already up on it. Within a month of me owning the lot, part of the fence fell over. I contacted them and they said that it would be $450 to stand the fence back up. After some back and forth, the supervisor came out to look at it and within 10 minutes had it back up in place, no cost. Keep in mind the fence fell over under very mild wind conditions, so it definitely wasn't secured enough. I was told that extra securing was done. Well, less than a month later it fell over again. I was told under no circumstances would they put their fence back up for less than $450. So keep in mind, in 2 months they will charge you $900 to put BACK UP a fence that they can't even secure correctly in the first place. I told them to just come get their fence. It useless like it is and I won't pay a monthly $450 fee to keep having them stand it back up. Don't sign any type of contract with them. That's when they get you.

Called to get service on a gate at a commercial property. They installed the automatic gate roughly 8 months ago. I called and was told she put a note into the service department. 2 days later no call. So I called back and was told that she put the note into the service department. At that point after 2 days with no return call I said forget it and called another company. I called Kelley’s automatic gate service and they came about within an hour. Do not do biz with them.

All of the good fence companies are booked and busy so it will be at least a month, maybe two, before you will get your fence. Rafael was the main guy in charge of completing my install. There was some tricky spots due to a couple of large oak trees on the property on the fenceline but Rafael skillfully did an amazing job! The fence looks perfect and is very sturdy. I chose the 6 foot vinyl fence, tan in color. I would recommend this company but I would definitely make sure that Rafael was the one doing the work on any future fence installations. Very impressed!
