Oil change is fine but anything else be very cautious - not to be trusted - I came in to replace my suspension (costs $1118) and was told that the suspension will be fixed and my kids can drive cross state without any issues. However out of 10 hour trip, 6 of those hours were with horrible bounciness. The suspension was even worse than before I brought the car in. When I was asked to bring in, they said oh it's something else is wrong. If they know about cars and be able to fix, couldn't they have identified all its dependent parts and issues even after I have to pay extra for the assessment? If do not know how to fix it then be upfront it. Be cautious about this place.
