In late August, my car was broken into and stolen. My whole steering wheel column was dismantled. Fortunately, the police found my car close by. I contacted my insurance and they advise me to find somewhere to get my car fixed. I tried everywhere until I called here, at Ettleson Hyundai, and told me to bring it in. Ryan was in charge of my vehicle. He reassured me how the process was going to go and constantly kept me updated on my vehicle. There was back order on some parts but Ryan did an incredible job keeping me updated and informing me on other options I can consider. I could have not asked for a better person to handle my car. I would consider going back if I were to have any issues with my car and would want Ryan to take care of it!!

Once i got there i was greeted from some elderly man with grey hair he asked me what i am interested in i told him the new elantra he told me right away i need to leave deposit and he will order it he does not have it i told him i want to test drive it before i order it. He told me that he has nothing available, i asked him does he have any other car that he could show me. He pointed to the lot and said go check them out yourself and started talking to the next person who got inside. Extremely rude worst experiance ever i worked at Kia long time ago i can tell you we never had a guy act like this it is shamefull i will never ever in my life get inside this dealership or buy Hyundai. I would encourage everyone to never get inside here and i will tell everyone i know about my experiance here disgraceful. EDIT: they lie on their website that they have vehicles here that is why i got there in the first place or the guy lied to me to get me out as soon as he could.

Ettleson Hyndai service department never disappoints. Went in for an oil change yesterday and Ozzy as always made my visit smooth and easy. He always makes sure to check and verify that everything is up to date and that I leave satisfied.

This dealership was horrible. The salesman was extremely pushy, the worst part of it all is I’m writing this review 2 years later because of the hard impact this dealership made on my credit. They applied to over 12 different credit unions/banks. My credit took a huge hit because of this dealership and I’m so grateful I walked out after catching the sales person in a blatant lie.. He told me my interest rate would be 7%, when we started signing the papers it said clear as day 12%. His entire story changed when I asked and I walked out. I got my new car elsewhere for a much better deal. Do not go to this dealership.

It sounds like you need power steering fluid. Check under your hood and open it up. Check it like you would check for oil, when you pull out the "stick" and is dry, get steering fluid NOW! You DON'T want your wheel locking on you while you are driving, esp with it being extremely cold it coukd speed up the process.
not sure what "hit department" means but pressing "0" on any of the three phone numbers listed on their website just makes the call disconnect. Nevermind, I'll buy a car from a dealership that knows how to answer the phone.
