Using PODS is not as “seamless” as they make it out to be. The time windows are so tight, you aren’t given many scheduling options that make since when moving, and you don’t know your delivery/pick up/drop off windows until the night before so hope your move is SUPER flexible. My initial delivery guy was horrible and super rude (long story) but the only reason why i’m giving three stars is because Jackie. She’s the one that did our pick up today and she was full of energy and super sweet. I really appreciated that is most of your customers are most likely going through stressful moves. We will see how our drop off is in Denver. Fingers crossed this goes smoothly 🙄

It was perfect no problem. Jackie is a friend of mine in my previous job (hospital shuttle driver), she's always very helpful as always. She used to interact with patients and am sure she does not have problem dealing with some difficult customer. Jackie it was nice to see you again. Good luck with Pods company.

Mike P. was extremely professional and put us at ease as we were not certain which location would be best to place the pod. Despite big tree in front of our property, and parking lot in front of our home, he sized up the whole situation and placed the pod in an excellent place to make emptying our belongings from pod very easy. We felt a very sincere concern from Mike P. and would highly recommend PODS Moving & Storage. Feel Lucky to get Mike P. In the whole move we got 3 pod employees and got consistent excellent service. This was our first time moving with Pods and would definitely use them again!!!! 5 stars all across the board!!!!!! or 10 stars if that is the highest rating☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
