Mel at the copying/business center one of the most outstanding customer service representatives I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He copied the picture’s for my fiancé’s surprise wedding album BEAUTIFULLY (some copies turned out even better than the originals), and he helped me do it affordably, because I had a LOT of pictures. Rude and unresponsive print center. I placed a print order 4 days ago and received a reply that I needed to provide permission from the copyright holder. The print job is for course work of an online class that I'm taking. I replied immediately with an email that proved that I was enrolled in the class and that I have access to the material. No reply from them. Two days ago, I emailed again asking if the job was going to be printed. No reply from them. Yesterday evening, I called to find out the status of the job, and was told that the job was still on hold. It was after "manager hours," so I asked the sales rep to have the manager call me first thing in the morning. No call. So, I called and was told that I needed more specific permission from the school. I don't have a problem getting the permission, but I could have started the process 4 days ago! I have been a loyal, customer rewards customer at Staples for many, many years. This may seem like a small issue, which in the big scheme of life it may be; but I say "No more!" I will go where I get better customer care. TERRIBLE SERVICE. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION. RUDE SALES REP.

Need Better Service! I went in to make some print Photos Digital and the woman who worked in the copying place showed me where to do it but I couldn't figure it out how to turn on the machine first and she showed because she was the only one there and then proceeded to copying my print photos on Printer Paper when I wanted Photo Paper. I asked her where was the Digital Paper, she just says "Oh we're out of it. Eyeballs Rolling. I did thought get my UPC Battery Recycled along with my ten year old Hard Drive. Even though the Kid said we don't accept some batteries he still took mine. Um,, Check the Website Employees! really??The Staff can be clueless and they don't provide VHS to DVD so forget that. They don't even know what a Photo Restoration is!!" Hello?? I swear I don't know what their teaching these people now a days even though everything has gone Digital. If they can help you out that's great but their not my cup of tea. Now I don't like to write poor reviews but I will if I feel the place needs it or the employees are lazy.
