I believe the young lady's name was Jessica, I called her from the Batavia location not realizing it was 3:55pm explain to her what I wanted she found it on the Shelf hold it for me at the register and I told her it might take me an hour and 10 minutes to get out here she explained to me that she would wait, In my eyes that is going above and beyond to take care of her customer
