During our first vet visit, the staff did not acknowledge my lab puppy at all when she would approach them. They also were both rolling their eyes when she was barking at them, though she was just a 3-4 month old puppy. They made me feel very uncomfortable, and like I was inconveniencing them when trying to ask questions about different prevention medications. The vet also walked in and jabbed her with a vaccine, without explaining to me what it was for. I’ve had dogs my whole life, and never had an unprofessional vet experience like I had here. I will never again subject another animal of mine to the negative attitudes of the staff members that work here. We switched to Moonbrook and have never been happier.

Amazing!! Got me in last minute due to an emergency allergy attack that left my bulldog's eyes swollen shut. Luckily the eye drops worked almost immediately and my baby is almost back to new with only 2 days of drops!! Puppy is happy again and I'm not losing my mind anymore!

Just from the other reviews I’ve seen I also had a very rude encounter with the lady on the phone. She had nasty attitude and hung up very rudely. Also what kind of vet is too overwhelmed to see any new patients ? So ya just gonna deny animals in need ? Kinda glad this happened cause god forbid I would’ve let ya near my dog.. smh
