This garden park was beautiful! I was lucky, I went with a friend, Lorena, who knew the history of Chanticleer so I learned a lot about it as we were enjoying the scenery! I can't wait to go back in the spring!

Lovely, opulent bastion of conscientious horticultural preservation. Unmatched serene atmosphere. Admission is $12.

Cute little place in the Philadelphia burbs. They need to put signs at the intersections and to clean up the koi ponds from the murky water.

It typically takes us about 4 hours. We enjoy taking our time, occasionally sitting and enjoying the views, and studying the plants. It is such a beautiful place.
I would just call them and ask.

Due to covid19, they have parking reservations. It's free but reservation slots are limited. It is possible to get in without a reservation (due to no shows), but its not gaurenteed. Tickets for the garden are purchased separately. General admission is $10
From what I see, they open at 10am on Saturdays.
10$ and worth every penny!

Sorry, no scooters
Yes, Service animals aiding visitors with disabilities are welcome at Chanticleer. Pets are not permitted.
Adding to Greg Fraser comment: annual membership is available. And since it is a world class private garden, the admission price is a good value.
I do believe that you have to schedule a tour
