Went in to purchase a new set of clubs for my daughter. I had to hunt someone down for help. They directed me to Eric in the fitting department. He just walked away and wouldn’t even address us. Guess I’ll go to Dick’s Sports.

Revising this review. I was originally extremely disappointed with the outcome of my custom club purchase. I was originally told they would come in 2-3 weeks but due to back orders they won’t arrive for 26 weeks (which is not typical in most cases). As a customer I understand this is out of the control of PGA as they are relying on Taylor Made to get the clubs in. What’s important is how the team at PGA responded and remedied the situation. Bridget, the manager, reached out directly to offer several other options so that I could get on the course immediately. She displayed outstanding customer service and went above and beyond to try to help. As a customer, I really value her desire to help every customer and because of that I am revising my review to 5 stars. Honesty and transparency goes a long way and that was certainly displayed here. Other than the clubs not coming in a reasonable time, John who fitted me and Bridget provided me a great experience all around. Kudos to them for making this situation better.

Dropped into store today to see if I could get some advice on drivers. Ron in the Club fitting was there to assist me. He gave me advice and allowed me try out different drivers with different shafts, recorded my results and made recommendations. Very professional. No pressure to purchase. A very nice experience - thank you. I will be back .

The store was very nice and clean the staff was very kind and helpful. I feel like they should have had a warning sign that says that they hit golf balls in there because someone such as myself that goes in there, would not expect to hear a loud bang when it hits the outer wall. And I got startled a few times! Other than that I really enjoyed the store they had a lot of tennis shoes that some stores that aren't just golf stores don't have so their tennis shoe selection is very large. There close for men women and children was large. And everything was very color coordinated to look very nice.

Yes. An electronic gift card works the same way as a physical gift card. It is emailed to the recipient and can be used both in our retail stores and online. Please be advised it can take up to 24 hours from order placement for the gift card to be sent.
FEDEX SmartPost utilizes the U.S. Postal Service for final delivery. This allows for a lower cost shipping option as well as ensures we are able to reach every US address, including PO Boxes.
We ship Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays. In order to cut down on transit times and provide a vast product assortment, we ship via FEDEX from various store locations across the country. If your item ships directly from the manufacturer, it may arrive via UPS or USPS as well. Even if your order is shipped in multiple packages, there will be no additional shipping charges incurred.

Yes. In-store credit is issued in the form of a physical gift card. Credits can be applied on an online order just like a regular gift card during check out processing. The same applies with a gift card issued or purchased online as those can be used in a store location.
